Having trouble with acne and acne scarring can not only take a knock on your confidence but can also be really painful!
Here I have found an easy DIY facemask that can help combat this problem and leave your skin feeling irresistably smooth.
You will need:
1 tablespoon of honey
1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
2 teaspoons of milk
A flat brush
A small bowl
First, add the honey, nutmeg and milk into the small bowl and stir gently until you have created a slight pasty mixture. If it is too thick, you can always just gradually add some milk until the consistency is similar to that of the image down below.

Next, using the flat brush, dip it into the mixture and begin brushing it onto the face. When doing this, try to avoid the eyebrow area and just below the eyes. Also, any brush would do but a flat foundation brush seems to work a lot easier as it helps with painting the face evenly.
Keep adding layers ontop until you feel that the whole face is covered thoroughly-sometimes it takes me around 4 or 5 layers until I feel it is done.
Wait for 30 minutes until the mask feels slightly dry, and then gradually remove with warm water by going in circular motions with your hands.
Once all of the facemask is removed, pat dry with a clean face towel.
Try to do this once or twice a week and you should notice the results pretty quickly.
Although this mask consists of all natural ingredients, once again I must stress that some things may not work for everyone! If your face does feel irritated, wash off immediately.
Hope this helped xx
